What’s Wrong With Feeling Blue?

What’s Wrong With Feeling Blue?

Summer has officially bid its farewell and colder weather is now moving in. We get it, the lack of summertime sun can leave you feeling a little blue.

But good news! Our Urbanwalls artist Mary Clare Wilkie hand-painted a new decal pack entitled Water & Inkand it’s packed full of blue blooming beauties.

So…you could say that we’re feeling a little blue, too… And we like it.

Elegance is born in every paint stroke as water and ink transform into tissue-thin blossoms. Our Water & Ink Florals emulate a flower moving into full bloom as ink and paint course through the petals. Truly, this pack doubles as a work of art. And though they may be blue, they make us feel anything but!

The dark, moody tones in the Florals are a great option for the winter season, combining the loveliness of summer blooms with the color trends of winter—the perfect juxtaposition between seasons.

And although this pack may look complicated to install, it isn’t. With 18 decals included per pack, Our Water & Ink Florals range from 4.5" x 5.5" to 12.5" x 9.5" in size, giving you lots of coverage for any wall or space.

Whether you map and measure each decal with precision before sticking, or just wing it…this is one decal pack that you can get away with just about anything. I guess it’s true what they say—when you’re pretty you can do whatever you want! And our Water & Ink Florals are so very pretty that it’s virtually impossible to mess up your placement, no matter what you do. How’s that as a way to ensure you’re feeling our floral blues?

We’ve even included a basic tutorial refresher to make sure your install is even easier:

And, voila! Even if you skip plotting out your Water & Ink decals, or decide to layer them rather than space them, they’re still going to look great. Seriously, you can’t mess these beauties up. Now, the only task left to do is watch as your room buds anew…

Have you used our Water & Ink Florals yet? We’re dying to see! Be sure to upload a photo to Instagram andtag us using @urbanwalls and #thesearemyurbanwalls for your chance to be featured on our account. We can’t wait to see what you’ve whipped up!
